Fajitaville Corpus Christi Opens This Saturday, October 29, 2011

New 3-Story Dining Destination on Corpus Christi Beach

October 25, 2011 Corpus Christi, TX. – Fajitaville announces it’s grand opening this Saturday, October 29, 2011. To celebrate it’s official opening, Fajitaville is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony and tasting at 11a.m. on Saturday, October 29.

Fajitaville started construction of its new 3-story restaurant last February 10, 2011 and nine months later graces our shores with a new dining experience beachside. The first floor Bamboo Beach Bar is open on three sides to fresh breezes and serves a scrumptious selection of order up seaside savories, salsas, fajita wraps and more. The second floor is a full-service restaurant with a mouth-watering menu that’s sure to please. Enjoy views of the USS Lexington, Texas State Aquarium and Corpus Christi Bay.  Be dazzled as chefs cook fajitas, steaks, seafood and more over flaming la plancha grills. The third floor is a diamond on the Texas Riviera. This 21 and over venue is a world-class hideaway combining luxury and natural beauty. Order from a unique selection of tasty dishes and relax with your favorite cocktail, wine or beer.

Fajitaville is pleased to introduce South Texas Akaushi beef to its menu.  Akaushi cattle are the only free-grazing cattle in Japan, where they are particularly valued for the amazing health benefits and high quality of beef. Over ten years ago, eight cows and three bulls were exported exclusively to South Texas. That herd of eleven has grown to over five thousand and is the only Akaushi herd outside of Japan.  This beef naturally contains intense marbling throughout and a delectable buttery flavor.

Fajitaville is open for lunch and dinner daily, 11a.m – 11p.m.  Visit fajitaville.com for more information. We welcome you to Fajitaville.
